Author Submissions
The NextGCOM conference welcomes contributions from researchers, practitioners, and innovators across academia, industry, and government. Authors are invited to submit high-quality, original work that has not been previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere. Submissions are accepted in two main formats: technical papers and demos/posters.
Technical Papers
Submissions can cover theoretical research, practical developments, or experimental results across the broad field of next-generation communication systems and networks. Topics include, but are not limited to:
- 6G and beyond
- AI/ML in communications
- Edge and cloud computing
- IoT, cyber-physical systems, and smart cities
- Security and privacy
- Satellite and UAV communications
- Optical and quantum communications
Authors must follow the formatting guidelines and submit papers through the conference submission portal. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and other major indexing services.
Demos & Posters
The conference also invites demo and poster submissions, which provide a forum for showcasing early-stage research, prototypes, tools, and practical implementations. This track encourages interaction and discussion, making it ideal for students, startups, and industry labs.
Submissions should include a 2-page abstract describing the innovation, its relevance to NextGCOM topics, and the setup of the demonstration or poster. Accepted demos and posters will be featured in a dedicated session during the conference.
