Registration fees will be charged in € (euros).
For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full author registration is valid for up to TWO PAPERS (or 1 PAPER and 1 DEMO/POSTER).
Visa procedures: Participants requiring a visa to enter Greece are advised to check the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs website (Visas for Foreigners traveling to Greece – Hellenic Republic – Ministry of Foreign Affairs) for specific requirements.
Official invitation letters can be issued upon request after registration (please contact the General co-Chairs and provide all your contact details and documents such your passport).
